Disclaimer

All of our artisanal garments are made-to-order utilizing fabrics hand-woven on a pedal loom by artisan communities in Mexico. All artisanal piece are one-of-a-kind with a unique pattern layout unless otherwise specified. All idiosyncrasies, including any wear or mending are part of the fabric and final garment.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are only accepted for new items that have not been worn or made custom based on your measurements. All of our garments are made-to-order and we reserve the right to offer either an exchange or in-store credit depending on the purchased item. Garments must be unworn and undamaged. If a refund is to be issued it will be credited back to the original form of payment. Store credits are valid for five years from the date they were issued. Graziano & Gutierrez is not responsible for the return shipping cost of items, please make sure all return packages are well packaged and sent with a trackable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.

To return an item please email info@grazianoandgutierrez.com for return authorization and include the following information:

  4. Your request

Alterations & Repairs

All of our garments are made-to-order which allows us with the opportunity to provide alterations regarding fit so if you have any specific requests or simply want a garment altered prior to purchase please email us at info@grazianoandgutierrez.com

We are happy to provide repairs to any garments that might get damaged post-purchase. These repairs will be approved on a case to case basis. For any inquires, please email us at info@grazianoandgutierrez.com

Shipping

All garments are hand-made in our Portland, Oregon studio and orders will take 4-5 weeks before shipping/delivery. This will always be dependent on fabric stock and availability, we’ll reach out to you if your oder would take longer than what is expected. Graziano & Gutierrez is not liable for orders that are lost or stolen during shipping/delivery. We will always try our best to help you locate a missing item, but due to the size of our operation we cannot offer refunds or store credit in these cases.

Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service: Domestic shipping is $15 flat rate - U.S. International orders pay a flat rate of $30.00 and shipment time varies based on destination. Receiver is responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods. Should you decide to return an international order, please note that we are not responsible for any customs duties or fees associated with that return shipment, and that any incurred costs will be deducted from your credit.
